Old Fall River Road

While in Colorado, we went to Rocky Mountain National Park and drove Old Fall River Road. Old Fall River Rd. is an 11-mile dirt gravel road that is suitable for most vehicles. There are multiple hikes along Old Fall River Road that are rated anywhere from moderate to easy. The views are spectacular and we really struggled with not stopping at every single viewpoint. We highly recommend taking Old Fall River Road if you are in Rocky Mountain National Park.

I am a wife and mother to 3 trying to bring my family along while we explore as much of the outdoors as we can. My husband has always been into ultralight backpacking and hiking. I have always loved hiking and car camping. Together, we are blending our interests and exploring new ideas while seeing all the beauty we can possibly squeeze into our time.
